Present Narration:
Time Frame: Now; everyday or routine activities.
Use CLEAR PRESENT TIME phrases including present continuing tense.
Your daily routine activities, including what your typical day is like and how you spend your weekend, how you celebrate certain holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Halloween, and even how you prepare for those holidays in the prior days or nights.

Suggested Practice Method
- Choose one topic and outline a clear structure (who/when/where/what).
- Use at least 5 present-time adverbs/markers (通常/经常/现在/总是/着).
- Add 3–5 concrete details (examples, reasons, personal experience).
- Record 2–3 minutes; check for clarity and sustained description.
- Repeat with a new topic and vary vocabulary.
- You are highly recommended to use AI tools such as "ChatGPT" or "Doubao (豆包)" to carry out your desired speaking practice on any topic you propose.
